Santram Industries operates three advanced manufacturing units equipped with cutting-edge machinery for pasta, vermicelli, and value-added products. Each facility is optimized for hygiene, efficiency, and scalability.
Unit 1: Pasta & Macaroni Line
Semi-automatic Italian extruders, drying and cooling chambers, and food-grade stainless steel contact parts. Capacity: ~500 kg/hour.
Unit 2: Vermicelli & Noodles Line
Continuous roasting, drying, and packaging systems. Integrated quality control and semi-automated pouch packing.
Unit 3: Packaging Unit
Dedicated to pouch, carton, and bulk packaging with multiple high-speed weighing and sealing machines, barcode integration, and lot tracking for seamless logistics.

Testing for moisture, microbial safety, and shelf-life. FSSAI-certified and aligned with HACCP principles.
Packaging & Logistics
Automated sealing and weighing machines with batch-level tracking via ERP. Dual warehousing for efficiency.
